I'm slightly annoyed, but I'll live.

Right now Villa are in year 3 of a 5 year plan. At the end of the 5 year plan, the target was to qualify for the champions league.. the fact we're challenging for that 2 years ahead of schedule is good news.

If we fail to take 4th this year, then Barry will be going.. I'd say we need to bring in 8 players, to build a squad.. something we haven't had since John Gregory.
We're still building at villa.. so I don't mind to much.

I don't think running out of steam is an issue.. but there's not eenough of the balance in the team we had earlier in the season... because of injuries our team is full of youth now, which is buggering us up.
Martin Laursen - our most reliable player this season, since he's been gone.. the team has lacked strength.. and it buggered us up a lil.. I'm sure we'll have a good end to the season though.. after the blip of late

And i don't think we should have stayed in UEFA.. players like Gabby, Young, Milner.. why would you risk burning them out.. by playing them in UEFA, and the league in such short spaces of time.. too much of a risk at a young age... MO'N has done brilliantly for us in the 3 years he's been at villa but one thing he's failed in is building a squad so we could cope in more than one competition.. but he hasn't.. i just hope he does it come the summer

Woop woop go spurs, but i remember when spurs challenged for the champions league spot and got it taken away from us on the last day of the seaosn because some cunt in a hotel poisoned the first teams food the night before.... absolute cunts
