REC - Best horror film i've seen since the Descent, do not watch the shitty american remake quarantine.
Superbad - legend of a film, fucking hilarious.
Stepbrothers - Another quality comedy which had me in stitches.
American Gangster - Superb film, its extremely clever the way they make you like what is conceived to be the "bad guy" and dislike the "good guy".
The Lost Boys - Classic vampire horror with the man himself, kiefer sutherland.

I see people not mentioning Private Ryan, yes its not the best film ever made but it sure is good, specially 4 its time.
i think Schindler's List is one of the best
